Yin Yang

Ease into the day with a grounding meditation to increase awareness of the physical body, followed by an energising yang flow to flush energy into and around the body.

Have fun with balancing poses as we improve our focus and concentration, before softening into yin poses towards the end of the practice to slow and cool down.

You will always leave with more space in the body and mind; and a sense of ease and balance surrounding you to set the tone for your day.
