Healthy or unwell, our body and mind need the right nourishment to thrive.
I believe that the food we need in order to Flourish is unique and changes over time – such as with age and illness.
I believe that everyone can achieve their optimal health by eating food that is right for their body and by being physically active within their personal limits. I don’t believe in “dieting”. I do believe that a guilt-free indulgence once in a while is absolutely necessary for our wellbeing!

I have a passion for working with people who feel they have tried everything and still struggle with chronic symptoms. I believe that we can all strive to reduce future health risks.
