Yin Yoga

Work deeply into the body with passive, longer-held poses which target the ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians.

In contrast to a Yang Yoga practice such as Vinyasa Yoga which targets the muscles, Yin Yoga enhances the flow of chi in the organs, offering powerful and unique physiological, emotional and mental health benefits.

This is a gentle and relaxing class suitable for beginners and advanced students, those with less mobility may find this an excellent class as there is no dynamic, faster paced movement.
