Learn how sauna time can compliment your yoga practice to help you reach your goals — whether that’s perfecting a new pose, expanding mindfulness, or just feeling healthier overall.
In this event we move through an invigorating Vinyasa Flow, after which we mindfully sweat together in community in the sauna at the KINGDOM Forest Spa. Sauna time is followed by a slow-paced and meditative Yin Yoga class with gentle Breathwork to aid relaxation. Relieve muscular and emotional tension, enhance your detoxification systems and down regulate your nervous system - leave feeling invigorated, inspired and deeply connected.
All levels and bodies welcome.

Mat space is strictly limited to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.
Out studio benefits from outdoor and indoor spaces – we advise you to dress appropriately, ideally with layers to adapt to the climate.
We offer blankets for the restorative components of the practice, however, suggest that you bring a light jumper or jacket with you.
