Vinyasa Foundations

A class that’s designed to help both beginners find their yoga feet (and hands) and more experienced students focus on getting the essential elements of their practice right (and weeding out any bad habits).

The aim is to give you a strong foundation upon which to build your yoga practice. The class takes time to go through a range of poses and transitions, with individual instruction and assistance given as required, before putting them together into a vinyasa-style flow.

A fun combination of learning and putting into practice.
