Ground & Restore- New Year Workshop 

Join Amy for two hours of ‘you time’-  a wonderful chance at the end of the festive period, to help our nervous systems have a 'conscious come-down'.

We will start on the ground, using our breath to release stress and tension in the body. We will then target the psoas muscle, the broader tissues of the diaphragm to help us breathe better, explore lateral release down the spine to help the body feel supported, safe and nourished. We will end with a guided relaxation and some stillness to finish. 

The most beautiful recovery style class for when your nervous system needs a big cuddle, this will be such a grounding and down-regulating practice that will leave you feeling nourished and cared for so that you can begin the new year in the best and most well rested way possible.
