Nervous System Regulation & Myofascial Release

A 2 hour in-depth exploration into the science behind myofascial release and nervous system regulation designed to reduce pain, improve flexibility and optimise sporting performance.

Join me in learning about Fascia as a sensory organ, fascia houses 250 million nerve endings which all send sensory information to the brain. During the workshop we will look into how the nervous system impacts our sensory pain threshold and work on practices that link fascial release and nervous system regulation whilst improving flexibility, range of motion and breathing patterns.

I will be teaching hands on techniques, how and when to use fascial release balls, and detailed breath work to give you the tools to manage your own symptoms however they show up whilst positively impacting your whole body physically and mentally.
