Two precious hours of gentle movement and rest to soothe the mind and body.
The session will open with a gentle movement practice to open the heart space and prepare for breath awareness and meditation. The meditation creates fertile ground for a Yoga Nidra to take you on a deep journey through the layers of your being. Also known as 'yogic sleep', this guided relaxation helps reduce stress and anxiety and find inner peace.
The perfect antidote from the busyness of everyday life, to pause and connect back to the body and breath. This unique experience is designed to help you find your inner peace & happiness, whilst helping to promote a good night's sleep.

Out studio benefits from outdoor and indoor spaces – we advise you to dress appropriately, ideally with layers to adapt to the climate.
We offer blankets for the restorative components of the practice, however, suggest that you bring a light jumper or jacket with you.
