Amy has been teaching Yoga since 2017. During her first pregnancy she decided to do her pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher training. After the birth of both her children she realised her passion was in supporting mothers, prenatal and postpartum.
Amy's classes are known for clarity and technique, anatomically informed teaching, heart-felt philosophy, and above all- inclusivity.
Her mission is to help Mums build a smarter and more sustainable yoga practice, that will help them to move well through pregnancy, and to rebuild and recover after labour and birth.
