Floating is the perfect place to practice and learn how to harness your breath, then apply it to your day to day routine to manage stress, focus and pain.

Drift away to the sounds of the crystal singing bowls, immersed in your cosy cocoon you will be able to relax more fully and surrender to the healing vibrations.
