Strengthen Your Vinyasa

If you find yourself struggling to link postures and the breath together in a Vinyasa “flow” class, this workshop is for you!

Vinyasa is the linking of postures and breath into what we call a Yoga flow, as we move from Downward Facing Dog to plank pose, and through Chataranga to Cobra (or Upward Facing Dog), then back to Downward Facing Dog. Moving through a Vinyasa Flow with ease and grace is more challenging than it looks, requiring us to build strength and flexibility throughout the entire body.

In this fun and challenging workshop, you will learn techniques to strengthen your vinyasa. We will focus on the individual muscles involved, learn how to build the upper body strength required to carry us through our practice, as you master the strength basics and fundamentals to rebuild your vinyasa from the ground up.

In this workshop you will have the opportunity to receive individual instruction, advice, alignment cues and address your personal practice - so that you can safely build the skills to advance your vinyasa practice.
