The evening starts with a soothing yin practice allowing you to begin slowing down and settling. Samdbags are used if you would like them, to enhance this experience.
The yin practice allows for a comfortable transition into a Yoga Nidra practice where you practice with the mind experiencing the body, breath, sensation, emotions and joy. Known as a psychic sleep the body is rested for the final part of the evening, settling for a mini Gongbath.
At the end of the session there is a pause, a moment of silence for reflection, to process the journey you have been on.
