Learn how sauna time can compliment your yoga practice to help you reach your goals β€” whether that’s perfecting a new pose, expanding mindfulness, or just feeling healthier overall.

In this event we move through an invigorating Vinyasa Flow, after which we mindfully sweat together in community in the sauna at the KINGDOM Forest Spa. Sauna time is followed by a slow-paced and meditative Yin Yoga class with gentle Breathwork to aid relaxation. Relieve muscular and emotional tension, enhance your detoxification systems and down regulate your nervous system - leave feeling invigorated, inspired and deeply connected.
