Men's Breathwork & Meditation

Decompress and de-stress with two hours of breathwork, movement and meditation followed by an hour of relaxing sauna.

With a small group of men (8 max) you will unwind, release and recentre with Roland Torikian, who has practiced as a Maya healer for 30 years.

The session is open to men of all ages who are interested in exploring these healing modalities to gain a greater mastery of mind and body, free from tension and self-imposed limitations. No previous experience is necessary, we welcome complete beginners and experienced meditators alike.

What to expect:

The session will open with some gentle mobility exercises and sound-based cleansing practices, to help loosen up the body and release tension.

You will then be guided through a series of breathing exercises to stimulate and then restore the nervous system, followed by a guided meditation to help connect to your deep inner self.

The final part of the session will be held in the forest spa with sauna and cold plunges, and time to connect to nature in a friendly and supportive environment.
