Seeding Your Sankalpa

Have you ever been in a Yoga class and felt confused when invited to set an 'intention for your practice? Perhaps you have heard the word Sankalpa before but felt unsure of or disconnected from its meaning?

If you would like to delve deeper into the Sankalpa practice and become clear about intentions, then this workshop is for you! Unlike New Year's resolutions, our intentions go soul-deep and align with our life's purpose, our Dharma. They are not goals created by design but seeds of potential that rise from within.

The energy behind a resolution is usually driven by ego, believing we are lacking or need to change something about ourselves. Resolutions typically come with a target, goal to reach an end result, and the slightest deviance can carry feelings of guilt or failure. Which, in turn, causes enthusiasm to dwindle and the resolve abandoned as unworthy intention.

What if you could uncover your heartfelt desires and  intentions that resonate your soul, helping you realise your deep-rooted truths for lasting transformation. Join Verity for a special Sankalpa workshop to awaken potential and plant seeds of intention deep in the unconscious, enabling you to realise your life's purpose and manifest your deepest desires.

What to expect:

  • A movement practice to expand the heart, cultivating fertile ground for the Sankalpa meditation.

  • A seated meditation with Kriya and ancient Tantric techniques to connect with your inner resonance and reveal your intention.

  • A Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep) to end, planting the seed of intention deep into the unconscious realms.
