Restorative Yoga Massage

Long, passive stretches are combined with massage to promote deeper relaxation.

Relax deeply and learn let go in a practice of sweet surrender. Using props to help support the body, you will be guided to deep relaxation in Yoga poses designed to calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety & stress, release tension, and nourish your entire being.

Receive gentle massage in areas of the body known to store tension. A sacred system of natural healing to promote healing and support homeostasis.

No Yoga experience is necessary to join this experience, and all props are provided. This session takes place on the floor fully clothed with yoga props and blankets. Props help aid the body into deeper relaxation and make the yoga poses more accessible - clients who book this service will need to be able to get onto the floor and transition between poses.
