Opening the larger space upstairs at Kingdom for an evening of peace, harmony, realignment and transformation to give yourself an opportunity to let go and relax.

Through a friendship that has spanned over a decade they both connected initially over their love of music and Tank Girl, this progressed into a deep love of heart expansive sounds that connect people. Theirs is a connection of loving peace & warmth mixed with a shared sense of humour. Two heart centred women supporting one another & lifting one another up. The narrative is one of gentle power & grace, universal wisdom and love of the gongs transformative energy.

Rowena you will know from teaching here with the Flourish family and her monthly sessions - Stop.Connect.Breath as well as her Gongbath which she attributes to her experiences with Gabby and her 'Soundlove' sessions.

Gabby was inspired and 'switched on' to the gongs at a festival after years of studying holistic therapies & deepening her connection with nature. Gabby’s journey with 'Soundlove' playing with Genevra @crystalsingingbowls spanning over a decade was born of her love of the Gongs and sound baths.
