This Earth Day, embrace the elemental with a Yoga and Ecotherapy retreat.

With the humdrum of modern life, we have grown distant from the world around us and forgotten our connection to this precious planet. For Earth Day at Flourish, we would like to welcome you for an immersive rewilding experience with Elemental Yoga, Forest Bathing, and a Mindfulness Trail.

Nature puts us back together…
The human body is made of the same elements, atoms and forces as the natural world. When we connect with the elemental, it brings us into rhythm with the Universe to re-remember ourselves. Our cells sing with this remembrance, and we feel alive, inspired and restored!

Personal Evolution Coach Tansy and Yoga Teacher/ Ayurvedic Practioner Verity have come together to bring you this unique experience. They will guide you on an immersive journey to deepen your connection with self and reacquaint with the natural world- offering a retreat from the fast-paced momentum of modern life.

Forest Bathing is a mindfulness practice that has been scientifically proven to improve physical and mental wellbeing. It is a sustainable, eco-friendly activity that promotes a compassionate view of our planet and invites a deeper connection to Mother Earth. Tansy offers you space to touch into the present moment and freedom to explore the landscape around you with a childlike curiosity.

Elemental Yoga offers a sacred act of communion to ground into the loving frequency of your body and remember the beauty of your breath. Verity will guide you through a harmonising Hatha practice to embody the five elements and balance those energies within. The day will end with a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra to leave you feeling recharged and restored.

What to Expect:

  • A Mindfulness Walk, with activities for reflection and discovery.

  • Forest Bathing - time to embrace and observe the nature around you by engaging your senses.

  • A nomadic campfire lunch in the clearing (weather dependent).

  • A hot drink and healthy snack.

  • 90-minute Elemental Yoga practice with a guided relaxation to close.
