Harness the energy of the Full Moon in this Restorative Yoga experience
Being in tune with the lunar phases helps us to understand our emotions. A full moon is a time of brightness, clarity and illumination. With its pull, it changes the tides of the ocean, signifying fulfilment and completion. It also calls for reflection and gratitude for the abundance in your life. Traditionally a time for release, learn to let go of what no longer serves you in a deep cleanse for your mind, body, heart and soul.
The intention of restorative yoga is to relax deeply and invite the body & mind to rest. Using props to help support the body, you will be guided to deep relaxation in Yoga poses designed to calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety & stress, release tension, and nourish your entire being.
No Yoga experience is necessary to join this experience, and all props are provided. However, you may wish to bring crystals, a notebook or journal along with you as time is provided to reflect and integrate after the session.
