Breath & Sound

In a safe and nurturing space, Natalie will guide you into a deep meditative state with your breath. 

This circular breathing technique can help quieten the mind, relax the body and help release old or stuck energy/emotions. Breathwork can be very cleansing for the physical and emotional body, and often allows access to more clarity and personal exploration. The idea isn’t to force deep breathing but to gain an improved awareness of your breath. Observing the breath alone can reduce blood pressure, balance the nervous system and release tension throughout the body.

The Breathwork journey is followed by a deeply relaxing and harmonizing sound healing journey. Everything in the universe is vibrating including us and sound is vibration auditable to the human ear. Sound healing offers a beautiful space for integration following the breathwork.

Natalie is a fully qualified breathwork facilitator and sound therapist who has been practicing for almost 5 years. Natalie also works with reike healing and is currently training in somatic release to use psychosomatic sensing skills to identify the held back somato-emotional tension in the body. A blend of precise pressure, vocal guidance and breath is used to release difficult blockages.

Please note that this is a deep and powerful breathwork practice and not suitable for children. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and please allow 1-2 hours after eating before the start of the event. Conscious connected breathing allows us to explore altered states of consciousness and can be a beautiful modality for self exploration and the processesing of emotions.

This practice is not recommended for the following conditions: pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high inner eye pressure, psychosis, a history of stroke, recent surgery (wounds, broken bones still healing). By booking a space you confirm that you are healthy and aware of the above.
