We will begin the session in circle with a short guided meditation, surrounded by the sounds of nature, the gentle hush of the leaves and the bird's morning song, before coming to lay on the earth to receive the illuminating vibrations with an intuitive sound journey. As you awaken, we will ease into a slow-flowing practice, moving with the breath to stretch, release, and realign.
