Brigid’s Postnatal Yoga course is a fun and relaxed way to connect and feel supported. Suitable from 6 weeks postnatal (or 8 weeks after a C section birth) until babies start crawling.
Equally nurturing for you and your baby, this course offers the perfect combination of yoga and healing for mums - stretching and strengthening in a way that acknowledges all your pregnant and birthing body and mind have experienced in the past year.
This is a truly wonderful bonding time for you and your baby as you learn Developmental Baby Massage to soothe and calm your newborn. These classes also offer a really valuable opportunity to connect and share you experience with other local mums.
